What is Thai Massage?

Thai massage is an ancient healing practice that has been used for over 2,500 years. Unlike regular massage, it is done on a floor mat while you remain fully clothed — no oils are used. The therapist will use their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees and foot to apply gentle pressure along your body, combined with slow, assisted stretching movements. This helps to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and boost your overall energy. It is sometimes called "lazy yoga" because your therapist does all the work while you simply relax and breathe. A session typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply relaxed.
