Thai Massage and Stretch: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing — yoga pants, leggings, or athletic wear work perfectly. This service is performed fully clothed, so no disrobing is needed.
Deep Tissue: These sessions use oil or lotion applied directly to skin. You'll undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped with sheets throughout the entire session for privacy.
Sport Massage: This is an active session that involves movement and stretching, we recommend wearing athletic shorts and a comfortable t-shirt or tank top. Note: Light oil or lotion may be used during the treatment.
Thai Foot Massage: You will remain fully clothed. Please wear loose, comfortable trousers or sweatpants that can easily be rolled up to the knee

Before we begin, I'll spend a few minutes asking about your goals, any areas of concern, and your health history. This helps me tailor the session specifically to you. First-timers are always welcome — there's no experience necessary, and you're in control of pressure and pace the entire time.

Nothing at all. I bring the massage table (or traditional Thai floor mat), premium linens, oils, and any add-ons you've selected (hot stones, herbal balls, cupping, etc.). All I need from you is a quiet space with enough room to move around the table or mat.

It depends on your goals. For acute soreness or event recovery, a single session often provides immediate relief. For chronic tension, mobility issues, or ongoing athletic training, a recurring schedule (every 2–4 weeks) tends to produce the best long-term results. I'll give you my honest recommendation after your first session.

In many cases, yes — and it can be a valuable part of recovery. However, certain conditions (recent surgery, blood clots, active inflammation, or skin infections) may require a doctor's clearance first. Please mention any injuries, medical history, or concerns when booking so I can adapt the session or advise accordingly. Your safety always comes first.
