Preparing Your Space
A clear, quiet area makes all the difference for a great session.

Thai floor massage (Extra space needed)
Thai massage uses a wide floor mat and involves stretching, movement, and assisted yoga poses. Your arms and legs will extend outward, so we need extra swing room to keep limbs away from furniture and walls. Ideal Space: A clear area of approximately 10 ft × 10 ft'.
Table massage for Deep Tissue • Sport Massage • Thai Foot Massage
My table is 6 ft × 2.5 ft, but I need walking room on all sides to apply the right leverage and pressure. Ideal space approximately 8 ft × 10 ft.
Environment checklist
Set your AC to 72°F–75°F. Your body temperature drops during massage, so a slightly warmer room prevents post-session chills.
Flat, level flooring is ideal — hardwood, tile, and low-pile carpet all work well.
Pets & distractions: For your safety and comfort, please keep pets in another room and put your phone on silent before the session begins.
My arrival window
I aim to arrive 15–20 minutes early to set up equipment so your session starts exactly on time.
Late starts
If setup or readiness is delayed on the client side, the session will still end at the original scheduled time to protect the next appointment.
