Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the service amount.

Payment
To secure your session, full payment is required at the time of booking. I also require a credit card to be kept on file. Gratuities are greatly appreciated but entirely optional.

Professional Standards
All sessions are strictly therapeutic. Any inappropriate conduct results in immediate termination and a full charge.

Privacy
Your health history and personal information are kept strictly confidential and never shared with third parties.

Emergencies
If you develop a contagious illness or face a personal emergency within 24 hours of your session, please call 602-456-6596 immediately. Fee exceptions are made at my discretion.
